Return Policy

At Millennial Furniture, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that certain vendors may be exempt from this policy, with exceptions listed on the item's page. Custom orders, mattresses, foundations, bedding, linens, individual sectional pieces, and cordless power packs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

To return an item for a refund, contact us via email to obtain a Return Authorization Form (RAF). Items ship from multiple warehouses across the US, so it's crucial to contact us for the correct return warehouse address.


To return an item, follow these steps:
  1. Request a Return Authorization Form (RAF) via email at info@millennialfurnitureshipped.com within 5 calendar days of delivery.
  2. Returned items must be received by Millennial Furniture within 20 days of the RAF issue date. If delivered via white glove service, we will arrange for pickup.
  3. We will calculate any applicable restocking fees and delivery charges, providing them in writing or via email. A RAF will not be issued until Millennial Furniture receives written acceptance of all return fees from the customer via email.
  4. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after item inspection by Millennial Furniture, the manufacturer, or an authorized third-party agent.
    Please note that full refunds may not be issued if:
    • The item is found to have been used or damaged by the customer.
    • The item is returned without pre-paid return shipping or prior arrangements made for return shipping costs.
    • The item is not returned in its original packaging or equivalent.
    • The item does not have a RAF visible on the package exterior.
    • The item is returned with damage caused by the shipper's mishandling.
