    Welcome to Millennial Furniture! When you shop with us, either by phone or through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review them thoroughly and feel free to contact us here if you have any questions or concerns.

    Products:

    At Millennial Furniture, we guarantee that all products sold are brand new, undamaged, and have never been used. Please note that we retain ownership of any products ordered until full payment has been received.

    We work closely with our vendors to ensure that product colors, dimensions, and photos are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware that minor discrepancies may occur due to factors such as screen resolution. If you have any concerns or questions regarding color or dimensions, please contact us before placing your order.

    Millennial Furniture will not be responsible for minor discrepancies in product information provided by our vendors. Additionally, please note that all products on our website may be subject to California Proposition 65 regulations, which require warnings for products containing certain chemicals that could cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

    Taxes:

    Millennial Furniture collects sales tax in all states where sales tax is required by law. The list of states where we collect sales tax includes, but is not limited to: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

    If your state is not listed here, please note that no sales tax is collected by Millennial Furniture as it is not required by law. However, you may still be responsible for reporting your purchase and paying sales tax directly to your state. Please check your local tax laws and regulations for more information on your obligations.

    Shipping:

    Shipping is free to the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any islands that require alternative delivery methods.

    We offer curbside delivery only, and customers are responsible for bringing the furniture inside their homes. If you're not available at the scheduled delivery time, delivery charges may apply.

    For your convenience, we also offer white glove service as an optional add-on for an additional fee that will vary on a case-by-case basis. This service includes furniture placement inside your home, removal of packaging materials, and light assembly, if needed.

    If we can't reach you to schedule delivery for 30 calendar days and you haven't contacted us or the delivery agent, we may consider the order a return and issue a refund according to our return policy.

    International Shipping:

    Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we can deliver your order to a freight forwarder of your choice. Please note that it's the customer’s responsibility to hire the freight forwarder and pay all overseas shipping fees directly to the freight forwarding company. If you have any questions about this process, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team here.

    Delivery Timeframes:

    Delivery times may vary depending on your order and delivery location. For questions about product availability or estimated delivery times, please contact our sales department here.

    After your order is processed, we will provide an approximate delivery timeframe. In-stock items typically arrive within 1-4 weeks from the order date. We'll keep you updated on your order's progress. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates, and actual delivery may occur earlier or later due to the nature of long-distance, nationwide furniture delivery and unforeseen events. Millennial Furniture is unable to offer compensation for deliveries that do not occur exactly as scheduled.

    Delivery Procedures:

    To ensure a successful delivery, please follow these steps:

    1. Allow a one-hour buffer before and after the scheduled delivery time to account for potential delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
    2. Designate a friend or family member to accept and inspect the delivery on your behalf if needed; make sure they understand what to do when the order arrives.
    3. Clear all pathways to the designated room and measure all doors and pathways to ensure your order fits into your home.
    4. Thoroughly inspect the merchandise before the delivery company departs, examining all parts and surfaces, including moving components like drawers, doors, and reclining mechanisms. Take pictures of any damages or defects for manufacturer documentation.
    5. Be prepared to pay additional shipping fees for a second delivery attempt if you miss the confirmed delivery date (fees may range from 20-30% of your order total).
    6. Measure the intended space for your new furniture before ordering to ensure it will fit.

    Our delivery service does not include disassembly; customers are responsible for disassembling items themselves if necessary.

    If an item doesn't fit and needs to be returned, a 15% restocking fee and round-trip shipping fees will be charged. Additional delivery attempts beyond the initial attempt will incur additional delivery costs for the customer.

    If we cannot reach you to schedule delivery for 30 calendar days or more, Millennial Furniture reserves the right to treat the order as a return. Your refund will be processed using the most recent payment information and address provided.

    Cancellation Policy:

    To cancel an order, please email Millennial Furniture with your cancellation request. Your cancellation is not considered complete until you receive confirmation from us.

    You may cancel your order for any reason within 1 business day without incurring restocking fees or delivery costs. For cancellations beyond this initial period, please follow the procedure outlined in our Cancellation Policy below.

    We strive to deliver orders promptly unless a customer requests a delay in delivery. Once an order is assigned for shipment or is in transit, cancellation will incur round-trip shipping fees and a 15% cancellation fee. This policy helps us keep costs low and pass on savings to our customers.

    Our Free Shipping offer is contingent upon customers keeping their order. If you cancel your order, you are responsible for paying original and return shipping costs, even if the order initially qualified for Free Shipping. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Any associated cancellation fees will be deducted from your refund.

    Damages:

    At Millennial Furniture, we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Although we work exclusively with premium and vetted delivery agents, rare incidents of damage may still occur. In such cases, you agree to allow Millennial Furniture, the manufacturer, and/or our shipping agent the opportunity to resolve the damage or defect at no cost to you. You accept the chosen resolution provided by Millennial Furniture, the manufacturer, or the shipping agent.

    Our primary goal is customer satisfaction. However, if you prefer to cancel the order instead of allowing us to address the issue, the order will be subject to our cancellation policy.

    In the unlikely event of damage, follow these protocols based on our three delivery methods:

    White Glove Delivery:

    1. Our delivery partner will inspect each item and ensure proper assembly. Please review your order thoroughly and report any damage or assembly issues immediately.
    2. Inspect all parts of the furniture, including moving components such as drawers, doors, and reclining mechanisms.
    3. If damage or improper assembly is reported at the time of delivery, we will send the necessary parts or provide a professional repair technician at our expense. Remedies may include part replacement, full unit replacement, or professional repair.

    Small Parcel Delivery (FedEx or UPS):

    1. Keep all packaging materials and report damage to Millennial Furniture immediately. Provide photos of both the packaging and damaged item. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.

    3rd Party LTL Carrier Delivery:

    1. Be present to sign and accept delivery. Refuse damaged items and note the damage on the Bill of Lading receipt. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
    2. Verify that the correct items and quantities are delivered and inspect the packaging for any shipping damage. Note any damage on the delivery receipt to ensure insurance coverage.

    For manufacturer defects discovered within the warranty period, contact Millennial Furniture for assistance here.

    If we request information such as photos, serial numbers, or repair quotes and do not receive a response within 30 consecutive calendar days, we will assume you are keeping the order as-is, and no further remedies will be offered.

    Return Policy:

    At Millennial Furniture, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 5 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that certain vendors may be exempt from this policy, with exceptions listed on the item's page.

    Custom orders, mattresses, foundations, bedding, linens, individual sectional pieces, and cordless power packs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

    To return an item for a refund, contact us via email to obtain a Return Authorization Form (RAF). Items ship from multiple warehouses across the US, so it's crucial to contact us for the correct return warehouse address.

    To return an item, follow these steps:

    1. Request a Return Authorization Form (RAF) within 5 calendar days of delivery.
    2. Returned items must be received by Millennial Furniture within 20 days of the RAF issue date. If delivered via white glove service, we will arrange for pickup.
    3. We will calculate any applicable restocking fees and delivery charges, providing them in writing or via email. A RAF will not be issued until Millennial Furniture receives written acceptance of all return fees from the customer via email or fax.
    4. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after item inspection by Millennial Furniture, the manufacturer, or an authorized third-party agent.

    Please note that full refunds may not be issued if:

    • The item is found to have been used or damaged by the customer.
    • The item is returned without pre-paid return shipping or prior arrangements made for return shipping costs.
    • The item is not returned in its original packaging or equivalent.
    • The item does not have a RAF visible on the package exterior.
    • The item is returned with damage caused by the shipper's mishandling.

    Disputes:

    Any dispute or claim related to your use of Millennial Furniture's products or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims court if applicable. This agreement adheres to the Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law. Both parties agree that dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. If a claim proceeds in court, both parties waive the right to a jury trial. Either party may initiate a court proceeding for intellectual property infringement or misuse.

    In the event of a claim against Millennial Furniture, your damages shall be limited to the amount paid for goods and shipping costs paid directly to Millennial Furniture, as permitted by law. We cannot guarantee order fulfillment, and item availability is not guaranteed due to catalog or website listings. If an order cannot be completed, damages shall be limited to a refund of the amount paid. If no payment was made, no damages or recovery from Millennial Furniture shall be entitled. You agree that Millennial Furniture shall not be liable for incidental, punitive, exemplary, indirect, or consequential damages arising from items purchased, ordered, or obtained from Millennial Furniture.

    By disputing or reversing a charge or submitting a dispute claim with your financial institution to withhold or reverse payment from Millennial Furniture, you forfeit your rights to any promotional offers provided with your order.

    Disclaimers:

    Please note the following important information:

    1. Dimensions: The dimensions provided by Millennial Furniture or the manufacturer may be rounded to the nearest whole number. Customers accept liability if the actual dimensions of received furniture differ by up to two (2) inches from those displayed on our website.
    2. Finishes and colors: Online representations of finishes and colors may not be entirely accurate. Customers accept liability for their purchase if the item's finish, color, or texture differs from what is seen on our website, another website, in-store, or per recommendations from a Millennial Furniture representative.
    3. Order confirmation: Customers are responsible for reviewing order confirmation details and notifying Millennial Furniture of any inaccuracies within 24 hours if an order confirmation email was not received.
    4. Space and fit: Before ordering, measure the intended space to ensure proper fit. If purchased items do not fit and need to be returned, our cancellation policy will apply.
    5. Site accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currency of product descriptions or other site content. Prices and promotions are subject to change. If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we may cancel your order or contact you for further instructions.

    Customer Photo Gallery Submissions:

    By submitting photographs to the Millennial Furniture customer photo gallery, you agree to the following:

    1. Grant of Rights: By submitting photos, you grant Millennial Furniture non-exclusive rights to use, reproduce, modify, and display the photos in our customer photo gallery, marketing materials, or any other promotional content.
    2. Following Content Guidelines: You agree that photos must not contain any illegal, obscene, offensive, or copyrighted content. Photos submitted must be relevant to Millennial Furniture's products or brand from your purchase. The submission application will ask to identify the order number of your Millennial Furniture purchase for verification purposes.
    3. Attribution: Photo credits will be listed in Millennial Furniture's Photo Gallery unless you ask to exclude this information. This typically includes first name and last name's initial, although you have the option change this by contacting us through email (contact information can be found here) with the subject line: "Photo Submission Attribution Request". Please include your order number and your desired display name should you wish to make a formal request to make an edit.
    4. Removal of Photos: If for whatever reason you wish to have your photo submission removed, we are happy to assist. If desired, please contact us through email (contact information can be found here) with the subject line: "Photo Submission Removal Request". Please be sure to include your order number and reason for removal.
    5. Indemnification: By submitting photos agree to Millennial Furniture, you agree to indemnify Millennial Furniture against any legal claims or damages resulting from the use of your photos.
    6. Privacy: Photos may be public and viewable by others and should not include personal or sensitive information.

    Sites Policies, Modification and Severability:

    Millennial Furniture reserves the right to modify our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, it shall be considered severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.

    If compelled to disclose your data, we will promptly notify you and provide a copy of the demand unless legally prohibited from doing so.
